After downloading the latest driver from the Intel® Support For Linux® (ISL) website, the following files will be downloaded and extracted:

Best answer: There's a GPU inside your motherboard; just check it out. Make sure you read the motherboard manual before you buy your motherboard. It will show you what's inside, and also show how to configure it.
As the model of your CPU doesn't mention anything about a GPU, you might have to get your motherboard manual and check out if your motherboard supports your GPU.
If it does, you can enter BIOS setup and manually select the correct graphics driver for your GPU, and enable/disable it in BIOS if you want.
But if it doesn't, you might have to use a graphic card and CPU from the same motherboard manufacturer.
